Multi-Disciplinary Approach

Trained and experienced in various asset classes, SJDA excels in portfolios of residential real estate, commercial real estate, and intangible assets, including businesses and nested partnership/LLC interests. Mr. Decker has an MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute (Real Estate) and ASA designation with the American Society of Appraisers (Business Valuation), so he has the top designations in two disciplines. He is also a California certified general real estate appraiser. He has training in real estate appraisal, business valuation, litigation valuation, and testimony.
